2. How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@aurum-3d.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any supporting photos if the item is defective.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with return instructions and an authorization code.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refund Timing: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
